We offer our Clients a comprehensive range of property services for both commercial and residential properties to include commercial and domestic project and property management, development appraisals, planning applications and appeal procedures.
These services can be provided on projects of varying sizes ranging from one off projects, routine and regular maintenance programmes right through to multi million pound contracts. These services can be provided on a flat fee basis, calculated as a percentage of the contract value or service charge income; on an hourly basis or for a fixed fee. We are always willing to discuss fees with a client to ensure that all parties are happy with the financial arrangements relating to our activities.
