Commercial Property Management and Project Management
A recent project was for Liebherr Great Britain where we identified and negotiated the purchase of a 10 acre site in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire for Liebherr's new £10Million UK Headquarters. Our services included working closely with the project Architect to facilitate a difficult planning situation where we successfully liaised with Planners and Local Councillors to achieve a planning approval acceptable to Liebherr.
In addition we also handled the discussions with the Health and Safety Executive in respect of potential noise and environmental issues relating to the Spray Booth installation and the site's location near to residential properties. In particular we had to negotiate with the County Council over the installation of earth bunds around the site and we project managed the installation of same to include specialist noise reducing fencing.
We have acted as Project Managers on behalf of the Severn Trent group company, Biffa Waste Services Ltd at several of their depots and transfer stations throughout Central and South East England. These various projects have been of varying sizes and complexities.
We are currently involved in ongoing projects for Biffa Waste Services Plc. Our duties include the origination of expenditure presentations for Board consideration and approval through to all aspects of the total project including budget control, the ongoing management and subsequent handover upon completion.
