In order to satisfy Clients' requirements we have become inter-disciplinary. Whilst the core disciplines of project and property management remain, individuals have developed their own specialisations of dispute resolution, access consultancy and facilities management. These are further backed up by specialist in health and safety, architectural design and structural engineering. There is a cross section of disciplines across all levels of personnel.
Our services are provided in a manner which normally avoids disputes but we can assist with advice or in negotiations with matters that have arisen on other projects and act as a Party's Representative
We have therefore assembled a team of specialists who offer a number of general and specific skills applicable to construction projects from initial conception through all phases ending with the turning of the key and switching on the lights in a new ’Äúready to go’Äù building complex. We also have a number of CAD technicians, draughtsman and utilise the very latest in IT systems. We maintain full professional indemnity insurance for the benefit and peace of mind of our client’Äôs.
We are quite happy to look at any project for which a Client may consider us whether our involvement be for the entire project or for selected elements.
We are also experienced in property acquisition and disposal and will provide whatever level of input is required into these and other levels of property matters.
